About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our business objectives and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and ensure that our solutions align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed requirements and specifications.
• Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process diagrams.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business units, developers, and project managers to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to support decision-making and provide insights into business performance.
• Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements and are scalable and sustainable.
• Testing and Validation: Assist in the testing process to ensure that solutions meet the specified requirements and perform as expected.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence).
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the IT or software development industry.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles.
