About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns across various channels. You will work closely with our sales, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and successful campaign outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and on-brand content for blogs, social media, emails, and more.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
• Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
• Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and drive lead generation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
• Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with digital advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Basic graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
