About the Role:  

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies to improve our website’s organic visibility and drive high-quality traffic. You will work closely with our content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure that our digital presence aligns with the latest SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
– Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for ranking improvement and content creation.
– On-Page SEO: Optimize web pages, including meta tags, headers, images, and content, to improve search engine rankings.
– Technical SEO: Perform site audits to identify and resolve technical issues that could impact rankings, such as crawl errors, broken links, and page speed issues.
– Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to ensure all website content is optimized for SEO, including blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions.
– Link Building: Develop and execute strategies for acquiring high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority.
– Performance Monitoring: Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software to monitor site performance and make data-driven decisions.
– Competitor Analysis: Keep an eye on competitors’ SEO strategies and identify opportunities to outperform them.
– Reporting: Provide regular reports on SEO performance, including traffic, rankings, and conversion rates.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
– In-depth knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
– Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
– Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
– Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as it relates to SEO.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:
– Experience with local SEO and international SEO strategies.
– Familiarity with paid search (PPC) campaigns.
– Basic knowledge of web design and development.
